Made from simple ingredients, this sauce is good on everything from pasta to baked potatoes. The recipe below is for 1 cup fresh pesto, depending on how much you love pesto it should last you a couple days. Due to the fresh garlic it's best to consume within the first 4-5 days.
You will need a high speed blender or a food processor and all the ingredients below:
5 cups spinach
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place everything into your blender or process and blend until perfection.
