Q: Where do you deliver to?

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: It's $6.99 for all orders

Q: What are the delivery hours?

A: Delivery hours are between 12pm - 7pm from Sunday Through Wednesday.

Q: How does delivery work?

A: On your order date, we will notify you as soon as your meals are ready fro delivery. We will also send you a text message to let you know of the exact delivery time once the driver is nearby. Please include any special notes for the driver in the note section of your cart page. We do our best to make sure you receive your order as conveniently as possible for you.  

Q: Do I have to be home to receive delivery?

A: Not necessarily. Just let us know where you'd like your meals to be dropped off, and we will take care of the rest. *Please note that you have a window of 2 hours to attend to your meals and refrigerator them.

If you live in an apartment please leave specific instructions for the driver (dropped by the front door, leave with the concierge, etc.)

Q: How long after I order will I get my meals? 

A: We process our orders daily, so you can always get your hands on your favourite meals at all times. Just make sure to place your order before 3pm to be able to receive them as soon as the next day, excluding Saturdays. For all orders placed after 3pm the earliest date falls on the following day (30+ hours from when order is placed.)

Q: Can I schedule ahead to receive my meals at a later date?

A: Yes! You may Choose your date up to 3 months in advanced.

Meals

Q: How long my meals stay fresh for?

A: Your meals will be made fresh on your chosen date, and they are going to stay fresh for up to 4-5 days. 

Q: Can I modify my meals?

A: Yes, you can modify your meals by writing your request in the note section while placing your order. *Please be aware, any modifications due to a nut allergy; while we can remove any nuts or seeds from your dish we are not able to guarantee there has been no cross contamination.

Pickup

Q: How does pickup work?

Pick up your order between 12pm - 3pm from Monday through Wednesday. Choose your date on the cart page while placing your order and you are good to go. You can pick up your order from our storefront located at 1107 Davie street, Vancouver, BC 6E1N2.

Q: How long do I have to pick up my Meals?

A: 48 hours. If you simply are not able to pick up your order, we will keep your meals up to 48 hours after your selected date.

Q: Do you have a store front that I can drop by and purchase meals?

A: Yes, we make fresh ready to eat meals daily, our store is located at 1107 Davie Street. 

Store hours: Sunday to Wednesday 9am - 3pm
